Shipping time for UK Mainland is usually 2-3 working days for all orders placed for alloys only but they may take up to 5 working days to arrive.
Orders for sets of alloys with tyres are to be delivered within 5-7 working days from the day of placing an order. Please provide your current email address as tracking number with delivery details will be sent to your email address used at the checkout.
Larger sets of alloys with tyres may be shipped on a pallet so please contact us if there is restricted access in your area.
We are confident about our quality so all alloy wheels come with 12 months warranty for powder coated finish. Diamond cut alloy wheels come with 6 months warranty. On all diamond cut alloys it is important NOT to use any acid based cleaning products. If wheels are washed regularly with soapy water they will last a lot longer than the warranty time provided. Warranty covers against flaking, peeling or corrosion provided that no chemicals were used on wheels other than soapy water and normal driving conditions: no off road driving or damage caused by an accident. Buckled or cracked wheels are not covered by any warranty. Please contact us to advise on how safely use wheels with low profile tyres.
We put maximum effort for wheels to be safe in the first place so all are checked twice prior posting and securely packaged but if there are any problems with the wheels that you’ve received from us please let us know. We do provide 14 days return policy so please contact us via email or workshop number to resolve your problem as soon as possible. Please do not fit alloys to your car before problem is resolved as the return process will be voided. Wheels will have to be returned in their original packaging.
